All good - we appreciated our stay - food was decent and COOL staff. Absolutely gorgeous view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. The beach was sandy. Pool was good too. Outstanding value against other hotels in Modena.

That service was missing.

Staff were eager to help, they are all very efficient people. Light breakfast with lots of food, also with fresh breads, cheese, pastries and milk. Buon Pastore-Sant'Agnese-San Damaso district won't disappoint you;))

Air-conditioned room and in a good location. Thoroughly enjoyed that a minibar, central heating and flat-screen TV were included. Furthermore, parking on site was a bonus. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

TBH, the street was noisy.
